Nick moved to Wyoming as a teen from Oklahoma and has called it home ever since. He has moved all around the state, and in 2002 moved to Casper with his wife for work. He joined the team at the Casper Event Center in August of 2019 as the Director of Food and Beverage. Nick comes to the team with over 20 years of Food & Retail Management experience working various roles to include Sales, Operation, Logistics, and Asset Protection.
Candie was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and has been in the Food and Beverage department for 32 years. She has planned and prepared meals for customers from the Vice President to country and rockstars and the local community. The largest event Candie oversaw in her tenure at the Casper Events Center was a prime rib dinner for 2200 people. Candie's motto is "no matter whom, strive to make every event something special for everyone."
Richard White Eagle has been working as a Chef for 21 years. Richard has lived in Casper most of his life and is a graduate of Natrona County High School. He started out as a dishwasher in Casper before he moved to Miami to Study Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales. While in Miami, he also worked at Les Halles. He later work at the Saint Regis Deer Valley as the Banquet Chef for four years. In 2002 he started working at the Westin Mission Hill Resort and Spa as the chef of Seasons Grill and the am chef of Bella Vista Restaurant where he studied under two James Beard honored Chefs.
Chef Richard believes that guest satisfaction is the number one way to grow business, has found that great food is an amazing way to create long lasting memories, and is excited to be back in his home town to share what he's learned from his travels and the great chefs he's worked alongside and studied under!
