Candie Buckallew

DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

Casper native Candie Buckallew is the heart and soul of the Ford Wyoming Center's Food & Beverage team, bringing more than 30 years of passion and expertise to the table. She's cooked for everyone from the Vice President to major touring artists to thousands of community members, and once even led a prime rib dinner for 2,200 guests!

Candie lives by one motto: make every event special, no matter who it's for. Her commitment to quality and hospitality led to her well-earned promotion to Director of Food & Beverage in December 2023.

With unmatched experience and a love for creating memorable moments, Candie continues to elevate every event that comes through our doors.

Misty Croley

FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Misty Croley has been a powerhouse in the Ford Wyoming Center's Food & Beverage world since 2017. Raised across Colorado, California, and Wyoming, she now leads our Back of House team and runs food and bar operations at Hogadon and the Ford Wyoming Center - keeping kitchens humming and guests happy.

With years of culinary and management experience, Misty brings creativity and heart to every plate. She's been recognized along the way too, including a Chef of the Year nomination at Hogadon and a Wedding Venue of the Year award.

Passionate about great food and unforgettable moments, Misty takes pride in making every event special. Off the clock, she loves cooking for her family, spoiling her grandkids, and bringing a little extra magic to every celebration she touches.

Madison Carollo

FOOD & BEVERAGE FRONT OF HOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Born and raised in the bright lights of Las Vegas, Madison Carollo has been bringing her spark to the Ford Wyoming Center since 2022 as our FOH Operations Manager. With experience in service and banquets (shoutout to Old Chicago!), she's all about making things smoother, faster, and more fun for both guests and staff.

Madison's leadership style? High-energy, supportive, and always focused on creating unforgettable experiences. When she's not elevating events, you'll find her with family, enjoying dirt bikes, race cars, sunshine, and sunflowers.

Her passion, positivity, and drive make Madison an essential part of our Food & Beverage family - and a big reason our events run with so much heart and hustle.
